Accumulation Phase

In the context of financial assets, the Accumulation Phase refers to the period of time when an individual or entity is actively saving and investing in order to build up their wealth.

This phase is often associated with the earlier stages of an individual’s career, when they are earning a steady income and looking to grow their assets in preparation for the future. The accumulation phase is typically followed by the distribution phase, during which the individual begins to draw down on their accumulated wealth in order to fund their retirement or other long-term financial goals.
