Aleph Zero (AZERO) Price Statistics

Aleph Zero (AZERO) is a public blockchain that operates on a proof-of-stake (PoS) layer-1 and is built with the Substrate stack. It is designed with a privacy focus and is ready for enterprise use. The Substrate stack is an open-source technology kit that allows for the development of customized blockchains, and it is created by Parity Technologies, a blockchain infrastructure company.

Aleph Zero addresses the common challenges faced by current blockchains such as speed, scalability, validation time, and security by using a peer-reviewed Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) consensus protocol. Its native cryptocurrency is AZERO.

The Aleph Zero Foundation launched the first version of its mainnet in November 2021 after starting the project in early 2018. A seed round was concluded in 2020 and a public sale was held earlier in 2021.

Aleph Zero's co-founders are Adam Gągol, Michał Świętek, Antoni Żółciak, and Matthew Niemerg. The project currently has a team of over 40 people.
